… you guessed it! My 7yr old son would recommend Star Wars, Luke Skywalker’s Amazing Story.
I asked why, and he informed me “it’s full of action and fighting, and light sabers, and they shoot guns. It’s real action mom. But mom … I don’t want to give it away.” I explained he didn’t have to give it to anyone! He also mentioned over his shoulder he likes “that” Robinson Crusoe book we read during our reading lesson. (AOP Horizons Grade 2) Why? “Because I can read it! He gets ship wrecked and he should have listened to his mother”!
