I wasn't that successful with my sons in the kitchen- my fault, their fault, no one's fault- kind of thing. But I have purposed to have my grandchildren have memories of cooking and baking with me! Lovely article!

I am working on the decluttering as well. What little I have done has brought peace and tranquility that I wasn't expecting. It is very hard to purge, but having felt some benefit, it inspires me!

It is so nice to do that with a friend! Go for healthy, not an image. And counting calories is by far the MOST effective weigh to manage weight. You can do it...for today. Just do it today! Deal with tomorrow- tomorrow.

Ugh, this conviction has me cornered again this past month and I'm officially counting calories and making healthier choices with a friend of mine. Gotta get the excess of this body!

I use the STASH brand at Amazon. I don't think the link is connected to that particular brand. Sorry! I did use Dr. Mercola's organic brand, but it became too pricey for me. I had to choose between organic and using another brand. I chose another brand. It was a good decision for my situation.

I can relate so well to the first paragraph. What? That's not acceptable behavior?? Chuckle. This is definitely an area I need to work on. It's embarrassing when hubby asks, "Who just slammed their door?" and the girls reply, "MOM!" Eek.

I need to join you in decluttering. What a wonderful concept. Declutter yourself physically by eating healthy and thus, removing toxins and feeling better. And you know how I love self examining myself and making changes. And, my house could use a face lift, as well!

I love this community of Moms. It is great to have a place you can be honest, lay your heart out a little, and be comforted and encouraged!

This cuts right to the heart of all of those motherhood struggles. Thank you for being honest and for reminding me of that verse in Job. I definitely feel like I'm in the fire and am trusting that He is refining me in the process!
